Fire & Life Safety

Three friends buying, building and growing businesses that protect what matters most.

We buy fire and life safety companies across the United States. Our model does not require us to go raise money for each acquisition.

Why we can move

You will deal with the three of us, start to finish.

Three partners

Who you will actually work with. No associates, no handoffs.

$1M to $100M+

The range of enterprise value we look at

Nationwide

From a single-branch shop to a multi-state operation

You will not be handed to an analyst, and you will not repeat your story to someone new every other week. You will get a straight answer from us quickly, including if we are not the right fit.

What we look for

You will know in two minutes whether we are a fit.

Businesses that keep people safe

Fire and life safety is our center of gravity: alarm, sprinkler and suppression, extinguishers, inspection, testing and monitoring. If a building fails inspection without you, we are interested.

Recurring service revenue

Inspection and maintenance contracts that renew, not one-time installation work.

Profitable and established

A real track record, not a projection.

Anywhere in the United States

We travel. Location has never been the reason we passed.

A team worth keeping

Technicians and managers who know the work and the customers by name.

An owner who cares what happens next

You want this company to outlive the sale, not just fund it.

Close but not exact? Reach out anyway. We would rather have the conversation.

How it works

Five steps, and the first one is not about numbers.

01

We get to know you

Before anything else, we want to understand what you built, how you built it, and what makes it special. Numbers come later.

02

You share your numbers

A few statements. Nothing formal, and nothing that leaves our hands.

03

We make an offer

Straightforward terms, cash at close, and a price we can stand behind.

04

Diligence confirms what you told us

We verify. We do not use diligence as an excuse to reopen the price.

05

We close, and then we listen

The first months are about learning what already works before we change anything.

We are buying your company because of what you built, so our instinct is to understand it before we change it. What made it work is the reason we are here, and our job is to put more behind it.

Who we are

Three friends who would rather partner with a small great company than chase a big average one.

We have spent our careers around buildings, contractors, and the small and mid-sized businesses that keep them safe. We are operators first. After closing, all three of us are partners in growing the business day to day rather than calling in for a monthly update.

Almost every company we meet does one thing better than anyone else nearby. Sometimes it is the technicians, sometimes it is a customer list nobody else could have built, sometimes it is a reputation earned over thirty years. Our first job is to find that thing and put real resources behind it.

We expect to partner with several owners over the years, and we are glad to talk to companies most buyers would call too small.

Casey Fullman
Casey Fullman
Managing Partner
Knows what this side of the table feels like. Casey owned a piece of a wildfire home defense business and helped grow it into a great outcome, then led a library services company through a period of real growth. He has made payroll, hired and promoted people, and lived with the decisions an owner has to make alone. His superpower is leading and empowering people, and building teams that keep getting better after he arrives.
Andrew Bieber
Andrew Bieber
Managing Partner
Knows what it takes to move a deal from the first conversation through closing. With years in private equity and experience across dozens of transactions, Andrew understands where deals tend to stall, how to solve problems without creating unnecessary friction, and how to help owners navigate the most complex parts of a sale. He also brings an operator’s perspective, having co-founded and spent more than seven years building a digital marketing company.
Co-Founder, joining full time later this year
Managing Partner
Has spent more than a decade inside commercial construction, building technology, and management consulting, most of it focused on operations. He is at his best taking a business that is already good and helping it become great, finding the handful of changes that matter most and getting everyone from the field to the front office pulling in one direction. He also knows where artificial intelligence earns its keep in a field business, and where it does not.

Let's talk

You built something worth protecting.

No deck required. Whether you own a company, represent one, or are just curious what it might be worth, we are happy to have the conversation and keep it between us.
